friend of the court

My ex husband and I opted out to use friend of the court I have now changed my mind. How do I go about getting them involved?

Check the Friend of the Court website or speak to an attorney about opting back into the Friend of the Court.

You petition the court and explain why the agreement you had before isn't working in the best interests of the child.
