Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can Friend of the court legally withdraw or put a hold on an account that is in a joint account with a mans wife..He is currently incarcerated due to not compling with an agreement made with the court for the second time?

Yes, it can. However, you can contest it with the court if you can prove that the funds being withdrawn are only yours.
