Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Full Custody

I have had my children for 14 months straight due to the ex wife quiting her job and moving out of boyfriends house. in this time I have been paying child support the whole time even though we have not had the week on week off custody arraingement. She has had them less than 20 overnights during this time and see's them a few hours a week. Shouldn't I get custody on a full time basis after all this and stop the payments of support which are not going to the children?

Re: Full Custody

Should these things happen? Yes. In order for them to happen, you must file motions with court to change these things. It will be extremely helpful for you to have a family law attorney represent you for this.
