My ex husband was ordered to pay 2 years of my daughters college tuition. He has not paid a dime. How do I collect when he is in different state. I do have a court order

Your lawyer can bring the matter back before your judge. It might be necessary to also involve an attorney in the area where your ex now lives if you want to enforce your order in his new state.
