my gf is going through a divorce and her soon to be ex is a disabled vet he is getting va bennifits for on the job training that bring his pay to journeyman does that pay count as income in child suport and he is also getting back pay for the same thing ojt is that considered a marital asset they were married when he went to school and still married when he got out of school
