If you do not have a custody order you should file your complaint to ensure your rights as a parent are enforceable i.e. (custody /parenting time) through court order. Otherwise you will be at her mercy. Law enforcement will not get involved with parenting time issues. Contact me if you have questions. These are complicated issues.
