Giving the House to the ex-wike

My ex-wife wants the house, I am willing to give it to her, but..How am I sure I can not be charged for any past morgage debt that she may accure while living in the house, and if she defaults will I be subject to charges and penelties, and if she choose to sell or forced to sell, will I be able to recieve any money from the sell.

You cannot change the deal with the bank. If she defaults, you are still on the hook. Just put in the order that if she is in arrears, you can kick her out, sell the house and pya off the mortgage. Make sure you get copies of all notices from the mortgage company. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
