grandma cares

mother of child lost parental rights,father trying to keep his,child placed through fia to aunt,of mother. but is not bilogiacly related. parental grandma went through fia had home check done passed, yet fia still holding child at aunts

fathers family differt county then mothers, took fia of other county a month before finally doing home check, all of mothers family getting to see child, fathers unable because of home they placed child in, what can grandma do child lived with grandma at one point

If you can get one of the parents to file an action to get custody, then you, as a grandparent, will have standing to ask the court for custody. It's a quirk of the grandparents rights statute. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
