my daughter & i are having problems. can she keep me from seeing my 4 year old grandson? what legal recourse do i have if this happens?

Unfortunately, you have no rights to see your grandson. As long as your daughter is alive, she can control any visitation you have and you have no standing to sue for these rights. Grandparents rights only come into play if the parent is deceased and the other parent won't let them have visits. So, my advice would be to make up with your daughter. Tim Klisz
