Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My grandson is 15 years old and is having a bad time at home with his mother. He says she sleeps all day and expects him to care for his 5 younger siblings. He said she also is popping prescription pills every day that are not hers. Is it possible or not to get guardianship of him.
