Guardian of a minor

My mother has had guardianship of my daughter for one year but after the one year she never renewed her guardianship. SO she recently went and renewed it and she has court at the end of october. I am 17 and the petition was based on the fact that I was a minor when I had my daughter(15). Does my mother have guardianship over her now or not until she goes to her court date. If I was to leave with my daughter, is there anything she can do? Will anything happen to me? How can I recieve guardianship back? please help
