Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Guardian ?

My mother was recently diagnosed with a psychotic disorder not otherwise specified (2 days ago) which there is a fair chance she'll come out of it and at the moment cant make any decisions and my older brother wants full guardianship with all powers. We are going to court very soon and my question is there anyway that all siblings can be present when medical decisions are made and if we can all have a say in what is going to happen to her as far as her health goes. i honestly dont trust my brothers decision making and my mother has always told me not to let him have complete control of her health. Unfortunitly I dont have a house of my own to fight for full rights of her. Is there anything that I can do?

Re: Guardian ?

There's plenty you can do. You should begin by hiring an experienced attorney to fight your brother.
