Health Insurance

To make a long story short my husband and I are thinking of a divorce. Is there a way that I can get health insurance through him for me and not just the kids? I am self employed and won't have any other way.

If you mean can you get the health insurance company to give you the insurance through your spouses employer, the answer is no. Someone will have to pay for it. William S. Stern

Part of the divorce negotiations might include your husband paying for your medical insurance.
