Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

HI,

Ours was a love marriage.We got married in feb 2009 in USA.He did nopt inform his parents.I got pregnant in july 2011.He had to inform his parents about my pregnany.When his mom got to know about our marriage, She immediately came to US and asked me to come to India for some function.I blindly believed them and came to Inda.Now my husband is refusing to send me visa papres for stamping.his mom is also not resp[onding.He wants to divorce me.I'm 6mnths pregnant.Please help.Is there any ways where I could make him to come to India through interpol or any other way?

If you want to return, go to the US embassy and explain the problem. As far as your husband is concerned, dump him.
