Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

In home childcare/daycare question

I am divorced and have joint legal and physical custody of my daughter. My daughter is being watched in my home by my wife to be. Does this still constitute daycare? Is my ex-wife required to pay equal share of the daily expenses for my daughter being in my home and to pay my wife to be for her time?

Re: In home childcare/daycare question

Most courts are not going to view this as day care. Are you paying your fiance for day care and do you have proof? If not, you cannot expect your ex to pay day care expenses.
