Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My husband has asked me for a divorce. the paperwork has not been filed with the courts. He told me the only way his check was going to be deposited into our account was if I signed a note stating that spousal support was forever barred and he agreed to pay 70% of the mortgage until the divorce was final and would give up all equity. I was crying and upset is this document legal and bindng?
