Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my husband is behind on child support and quit his job.( we are seperated) I just found out he is receiving cash for working for his former employer. Is there anything I can do?

There is a lot you can do. Motion for contempt of court. Subpoena the employer for the hearing. Try to get an independent witness. Tell the judge you want the money but you also want him to spend a time in jail to teach him what happens when you forsake your kids.
