My husband is dying family took out of hospital without me knowing changed pins to accounts took my truck which was in husband name I have no income about to loose home can I sell personal belongings in home of me n husbands to pay bills without getting in trouble

You really need an attorney. You are supposed to be in charge right now unless there's a court order that says otherwise. I suggest that you IMMEDIATELY meet with a probate law attorney. If you can't afford an attorney, contact Legal Aid or Legal Services. They might be able to help provide you with an attorney. Don't delay.
