Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My husband left me on August 1st. for to start living a single life. I am stuck paying all the credit card bills and the car note. I am on SSD and had to move in with family is there anything I can do to get him to pay our Credit cards.

Yes, of course there are things that you can do. Your most important next step is to meet with an experienced family law attorney. The attorney will likely talk to you about legal separation or divorce proceedings. It is certainly possible that a judge can order him to make those payments.
