Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

does a husband have any legal rights to stop a abortion by his wife.

my wife is pregnant, and we are separated she plans to get a abortion, there may be a question of paternity i don't want her to do it, if it is my child. is there anyway to stop it.my parents also donot want their grandchild aborted.

It is doubtful as it flies in the face of Roe vs Wade. The woman's right is paramount. At least, that is the way I think the court would rule. Bill Stern
