Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My husband and I were married 10 months ago. I bought the house, took money out of my 401K to pay $20,000 of his debt, accrued $6,000 more of credit card debt. He still owes $8000 on his credit card of things he purchased before our marriage. Can I get any of this money back?

You probably can get some of the money back. The reason for the divorce may be a factor.
