Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

husband moved out

My husband moved out a few weeks ago and has made it clear that he intends to divorce. He would like for us to use the same attorney, which we have not hired yet.

My problem is that he still continues to come and go from our home, am I wrong in demanding that this stop. Are there legal grounds to request he stop this practice.

Of course you have rights to not be subjected to every whim of your husband. You'd be VERY silly to use the same attorney as him. That's just plain dangerous.
