Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my ex husband has residental custody of our 2 kids 10 ages 10 and 11.we agreed i pay the tickets coming down to florida for my visit for the summer and he pay for the tickets to come home to michigan. when it came time for the return tickets he booked them at a irport 3 and half hours away instead of the one 30 min. from my house and to avoid the unaccompanied minor fee he booked my daughter as a adult she is only 11. i called and told him he needs to switch the tickets closer to home and pay the unaccompany minor fee cause thats what i did. i told him i am not returning the kids till he switches to a closer airport and pays the fee. will i get in trouble if i dont return the kids what are my legal right

Your ex and you should not permit the children to be in the middle of a financial battle. One of the two of you should have your attorney get this dispute in front of your judge right away.
