Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My husband and I separated in 2010. He then moved to Florida. We filed for divorce July of 2016. My question is, from what date is the quadro calculated in the state of Michigan versus Florida? The date of separation or date of filing for divorce? All contributions were made while we were living together.

Michigan does not have a specific date for the division. The judge has flexibility in determining that date. Your lawyer would normally negotiate that on your behalf. You can read more at www.MidMichiganDivorce.com
