Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

If my husband is not following the settlement by taking my name off the loan for the house what can I do? It has been three years now and I would like to purchase my own home but can't because of his lack of compliance. What can be done?

Drag him into court on a motion to hold him in contempt of court for failing to abide by the judgment. His defense will probably be that he lacks the credit to refinance.
