My Infidelity has resulted in a Custody Battle
Can my infidelity cause me to be denied physical custody of our 2 minor daughters?

In awarding an initial custody order or modifying an previous custody order the court must look to the best interest's of the child and the factors to be considered in the statute. You should contact an attorney.
