Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

i may have job in another state

i have an11 year old son, his dad is in his life, we all have a ok realtionship and his dad is on the birth cert. and pays child support. i have been looking for a job but am not able to find one. i may have one in another state. in that other state i also have some family and could use the help i would get from them, the kind of help the childs father wont give. this child is not the only child i have ( not the same father) i need to look out for both of them. do i have a chance of moving out of state or must i stay?

You have a chance. You just need to make a motion to the court and you need to have some sort of parenting time plan in place to allow for the fathers to see their children in lieu of the current parenting time arrangement.
