Is there a limit to how far a mother can move away with the children if joint custody is awarded?

Re: Joint custody
There is a domicile provision contained in all judgments requiring court approval before changing the childs residence more than 100 miles from the childs current legal residence. I would be more than happy to discuss this issue further with you. Please call me at 248.588.2297. Thank you.
