Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have joint legal and physical custody of my 14 year old son with shared parenting time. This order was put in place about 13 years ago here in Michigan where we currently reside. I am now going to have my son full time per an agreement between he and his mom. I just found out that she has been receiving SSDI for our son who has a seizure disorder. She did not tell me anything about receiving the funds and is still receiving child support payments that has not gone down. Is this legal? What are the steps I need to take to challenge back support and her receiving full SSDI without my knowledge?

You should hire an experienced family law attorney to determine whether there are any court orders requiring the mother to report this information to you or to Friend of the Court. You should immediately notify Friend of the Court of this issue. You might not be able to change child support retroactively if there was no fraud. You can read more at:
