Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

judge gave father of 2, ages 4 and 3, whos never been involved or done anything for them 4hrs supervised drug tested visits. he had to provide rehab papers also. however judge did not hear that this past year on taxes he stole his oldest childs money by falsy claiming her IRS is involved and fining him or whatever they do. in addition he lied to judge about jail time served said never but was in jail 3 times. friend of court said to contact PA but they said wouldnt touch it which is crazy to us. lastly, on day he got rights he showed up at his familys house under influence, beer in hand with a 6yr old child, then left and drove 40 miles with beer and child. his family would like to testify this at hearing if we can get one. is that enough to revoke his visits and rights. we know the children are in grave danger with this man.
