my kids father is a registerd sex offender in missouri and i am in michigan... he wants to see his kids and is getting off supervision on the 11th of this month... i want to know if i have to let him see them and does him coming off of parole mean he can travel back and forth to see them...

If he is their father then he has every legal right to see them unless there is a court order saying otherwise. He would need permission from his parole officer to travel out of state.
If he already has a court order for parenting time, you must follow it. If there is no court order, there is nothiing for you to follow. If you don't like the present court order, have your attorney ask the court to change the parenting time order.
The conditions of his parole are set by the court that sentenced him and/or his parole agent. Once he is off parole, those conditions won't apply.
