Think my lawyer lied to me about a divorce being finalized while being fully paid is there action i can take against him?

Go to the court and find out if the judgment has been entered. If there is a signed judgment in the file, the divorce is final. If the lawyer indicated that it was final and no judgment was entered, the Attorney Grievance Board would be interested.
