Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

can i leagally kick my husband ot of my house with out a court order if the house is in my name only and we have only been married 1 year? I have asked him to leave and move his things out by sunday. He is becoming verbally abusive in the mean time.

No you cannot. He is entitled to be there just as you are. In a divorce case, you can request exclusive possession of the home, but otherwise, he can stay. Tim Klisz
