Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

leaving the state

according to the child custody act,MCL722.31,I would think 1 needs the other parents permission,or the courts to leave the state.Am I wrong Mr. Stern?

If that were true, how could any parent leave the state and move. Would we all have to apply to court's to make a move? The only time you need such permission is when the child is already subject to a court order. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
