He left me with all bills and no money
my husband just up and left me yesterday,and moved out of state,I have his 2 kids and one of my own. I'm currently unemployed because of illness .is this abandonment?what can I do?

It sounds like you need to file for divorce. There are no specific grounds that you have to site to file for them. His kids are definitely abandoned and you may wish to call CPS regarding them.
