legal age to be with eachother

my fiance is 17 and i am 32 he wants to move here. he lives in ct and i live in mich. he will be 18 on august 22. after he gets out of school. his mom doesnt care but his dad does. is there anything he can do to me if he comes here?( i do have kids. ) his dad took his sidekick that has our conversations on it. but he doesnt have the cord or passcode to get into it. he says he will get me if he comes. but he will be 18 in less than 2 months anyways and he wants to start school here. please help me know what we can do if he comes.
