Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

legal age to move out

My dad has been threating me that on my 17th birthday, which is September 14, 2004, he might kick me out. I want to know what the legal age in Michigan is to leave on your own. If I have a good paying job and a place to stay, and I'm still enrolled and attending high school (my senior year), can they legally force me to return or could I be arrested?
