Can a person have their spouse represent them in a coustody case?If not-or if so,is it in MCR,MCL mc-anything?

Representing someone in a legal proceeding is practicing law. Therefore, unless your spouse is an attorney, it is practicing law without a license. Therefore, your spouse should not represent you. As a matter of fact, the fact that your spouse did not see this obvious issue should cause you extreme concern that he or she may be missing an important issue of consequence.
