Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

How do legally dis-establish paternity while in the middle of divorce proceedings? My (ex) husband denies being the legal father and my current boyfriend ( biological father) admits parentage. How do I go about getting it legally signed by judge in order to have biological fathers name put on child's birth certificate?

File a motion/ petition there is a statute on paternity in MI; the problem is were you married at the time of the birth of the child?
