who is legely my unborn babies father

i am married but going through a divorce and i am pregnant by my boyfriend does my boyfriend have any legal rights to this baby when its born even though i am married? who would be the legal father and what could i do to make sure the boyfriend dont get rights

It could turn out either way. If no one says anything, there is a presumption that your husband is the father, even if he is not the biological father. Otherwise, if it turns contested on that issue, the boyfriend could be deemed the father. The tactic you take depends upon which outcome you want. You probably need a good family law lawyer.
