limited guardianship

can a person who has limited guardianship of your child can they leave the state with your child

If you mean leave the state temporarily, the answer is yes. If you mean permanently, rush to the probate court and file an emergency motion to terminate guardianship and for a court order preventing the child from being moved out of state. William S. Stern
