Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I live in Michigan. I had my daughter full-time from birth til age 2. I became homeless due to job loss so i sent my daughter to her fathers house to avoid her being homeless with me. I recovered 2 months later and we worked out 50/50 parenting time between us for about 6 months, then we started arguing about time due to his live in girlfriend wanting a daughter to raise. He went and filed for full custody, about a year into us working things out outside of court, citing that he had her 100% (i had no proof otherwise since they offered to drive her to the doctors while i was on bed-rest with my youngest child). I was given reasonable parenting time. We fought more when i found out they were telling my daughter that this woman was her mommy and i was to be called by my name. He suddenly cut off visitation about 6 weeks ago. i found out that him and his girlfriend split up and when she moved out she took my daughter with her. He has been allowing her to have my daughter 6 days and 5 nights each week at her new house where she lives with her new boyfriend and his 2 kids. Can custody be changed because of this and is this a good case for parental alienation? the case is in Oakland County.

If what you say is true this would be proper cause or a change in circumstances to warrant a review of the current custody order. I routinely handle such matters. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
