Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I live in Michigan. My husband moved out of our jointly-owned home in July. I have asked him not to come to the home when I'm not there and he has refused to respect my request. What are my legal rights? Is it legal for me to change the locks to keep him out?

No. It is his house also. He has every right to be there.

Your attorney might be able to get a court order to keep him out of your house. You can read more at:
