My wife recently left our home and is seaking a divorce. I will let her back in to collect anything she want's but after that point can I change the locks?

You can change the locks after the judge says you can change the locks or gives you exclusive possession of the home. Your lawyer can deal with this issue for you.

In most cases, both spouses can live in the house until the divorce is final. You should consult an attorney before you do something drastic like changing the locks. It's probably not the thing to do.

No, not if her name is on the deed. I would be very careful in your actions, as how the judge views your conduct will govern the rest of your case.

In what county will the case be filed?
