Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

How long do I wait to receive a copy of my court order?

I had a custody hearing on September 30, 2003 in Oscoda County MI. I have still not received a copy of the court order of the judges findings that day. I have called my attorney many, many times with no answers to my questions. She seems upset when I do get her on the phone or she will not return my calls at all when I leave a message. What can I do to get my court order signed by the judge and get a copy? I can't get help to enforce the order without a physical order signed by the judge. My ex is not following it again.

The order may already be entered with the court. Call the clerk's office and ask. If it has been entered, you can go to the court and get a "true copy."
