Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Loss of Affection
Can I or my children sue their father and step mother for loss of affection from their father? Their father remarried and now they don't hear from him at all or see him. When one daughter tries to contact him all she gets is negativity.

Re: Loss of Affection
There is no such cause of action. Also, suits for what formerly was known as alienation of affection also were outlawed many years ago. William S. Stern
