Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

hi i lost my job 5 years ago and have back child suport payments shes 18 and i still have to apear each monthto the foc for my job log and i am paying 25.00 a month and the arrearage isn't coming down i owe 1,500 something so how can i reduce it without adding more payments it was modifird 3 years ago but the point is that its not going down the state charges to handle my case so what can i do ty and i am not colleting unemployment was denied and not receiving no income

The only way to resolve your arrearage is to offer a lump sum to pay it off once and for all. However, if you don't have any money, this isn't a viable option for you. You just have to continue paying as much as you can to get the arrearage down.
