I want to make my dead beat mother pay, how do i do it?

I am 21 almost 22 years old I have two younger sisters on is still not 18. My mother lost custody originally in the divorce because of abuse issues. she was suppose to pay $13.00 per week for 3 childeren because she told the court that she had such little income. She has since in the last 8 years developed her own company with her new husband and Im sure that they are making in the 6 figures collectively. the FOC was never told that she actually makes money. about 3 years ago she took out a lease and I cosigned on it, on the credit application for Chrysler financial she stated that she was the owner of her company and made almost $60,000 a year. the dealership wont give me a copy of that document they say its against the privacy law, I dont see how since its my mother and me on the document? anyways how do I go about getting the FOC to go and get the arrearages recalculated based on that income? by the way she only payed the $13.00 for a few months and then didnt pay it at all, she also is believed to have won a sexual discrimination suite against farmer jacks a few years ago possibly giving her 300,000 in the bank, how do i find out about that and have that included?
