Marital expenses

What are considered marital expenses? Car repairs for the vehicle I drive? I only have a part-time job and have been paying all the bills with what was left of money he didn't get from our joint account when he left. Have just recently given up waiting for him to get the help I have requested for the reason he left and know it takes at least a couple months to see the judge-don't want to spend money I'm not entitled to, but need the vehicle safe to find a full time job. Thank you for any clarification you can provide. Can I use our money to hire my attorney?

You need a lawyer. Take your money and hire a lawyer. Go for quality.......not necessarily the most expensive lawyer. Car expenses are a marital expense.
