Married to two people

Can a person get a divorice without the other signture,or noing any thing about it.

Yes. If the person who filed for divorce was unable to locate the other person whom they were seeking a divorce from, then the court will proceed to enter a default judgment of divorce so that the divorce can go through. The courts do require the person seeking the divorce to demonstrate that they could not find the other party, however, such as by sending a process server to their last known addresses, publishing notice of the divorce in the newspaper, and requesting a copy of their driving record to see the address on record with the SOS.

Both parties are entitled to notice of all lawsuits that are filed. A divorce is a lawsuit.
